ESR EU-Questionnaires
After their EU-work contract has expired (at the end of the research training activities), ESRs have the obligation to complete and submit the first EU-evaluation questionnaire. The second, follow-up questionnaire has to be completed and submitted two years after the work-contract has expired. The questionnaire can be found through the links below. The links to the questionnaires can also be found at the OcuTher SharePoint workspace (under Documents and EU-Evaluation Questionnaires).
